RULES

1.Team Size: One person.
and the other whose hand will be used for the art 
                                              
2.Participants should select a proper theme. 
3.Obscenity & offensive gestures are strictly not allowed.  

4.Participants should give live performance.

5.Time limit: 2-3 minutes.


6.There will be 2 rounds: Premilinary & Final;
7.the decision of judge will be final.
