RULES

                                             
1.Topic will be given 30 minutes before
 the start of the event.

2.Participants should be present 40 
minutes before the start of the event.

3.Participant can either speak for the
 topic or against the topic.

4. Time duration 4+2 minutes.4 minutes 
for putting forth the topic and 2 
minutes for conclusion and cross questioning.

5.Judges decision will be final.

6.Participants should not speak 
irrelevant to the topic.
